Takashi Ugajin

Takashi is the founder and the Managing Partner of Ugajin International Law Firm.
He previously worked for Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, one of the Big Four law firms in Japan, before establishing Ugajin International Law Firm. He also learned in Georgetown University in Washington DC, US and in UIBE in Beijing, Mainland China, as well as worked in a Hong Kong local dispute resolution boutique law firm, Gall Solicitors. He has extensive experience in dealing with contentious or uncontentious cross border employment matters for global businesses, crossborder dispute resolution including litigation in Japan and international arbitration, various types of domestic litigation, criminal cases, and M&A and other corporate matters.
